How Do Cancellation / Refund Processes Work?

Canceling a car reservation at RentiCar is a very simple and user-friendly process.

You can cancel your car rental reservation by calling the Contact Center at 0850 308 0 308.

You can also cancel your reservation on the website by following the steps below.

Log In As a first step, you need to log in to your account by entering the website www.renticar.com. Access the home page with your username and password to log in to your account.

View Reservations: After logging in to the home page, log in to the My Account section. Here, click on "My Bookings" or a similar tab option to view your current bookings or booking history.

Select Reservation to Cancel: After viewing your reservations, select the reservation you want to cancel.

Click Cancel Reservation: On the detail page of the booking, click "Cancel Booking".

Confirm Cancellation: When you are sure you want to cancel, the system will show you a confirmation window. Follow the instructions in this window to confirm the cancellation.

Wait for Confirmation Message: When the cancellation is successfully completed, the system will show you a confirmation message.

Cancel Completed: That's it! Your reservation has been successfully canceled. Due to the cancellation policy, it may take a few business days for the fee that has already been allocated from you to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

Please note that each car rental company may have different cancellation policies, so it is important to read them carefully before booking. Canceling a car reservation on RentiCar can be done in these simple steps and users usually complete the process without any problems.
